Expo Desk · Beautyworld Dubai · 6 to 8 October 2026 · DWTC

Every sample you hand out at Beautyworld becomes a name in your WhatsApp.

We run the lead desk on the NAD+OLOGY stand. Visitors scan, your catalogue lands in their WhatsApp in five seconds, two taps tell your reps who is a buyer while the person is still at the counter, and we work the whole list for 14 days after the hall closes.

Thursday 8 October, 17:00

Three days of people at your counter.

Samples gone. Cards in a box. Badge scans in the organiser's spreadsheet.

Monday 12 October, 09:00

Nobody has messaged any of them.

Four out of five never will be. Not followed up badly. Not contacted at all.

Our whole business is the four days between these two moments.

What happens when someone stops at your stand

The visitor's side, in real time. Nothing here needs a login, an app or a form. It is their own WhatsApp.

They scan the card

Four acrylic cards on the counter corners, one strip visible from the aisle, and a handout card your reps give out instead of taking a business card.

WhatsApp opens, message already typed

They press send. That press is the opt-in, and it opens Meta's 24-hour window. We never message a badge list, which is why the number stays alive.

Two questions, no typing

Role and market. The lead is now tagged hot, warm or cold. A business card cannot tell you whether the person is a distributor or a student.

Hot lead alert, live stand board

The rep's phone buzzes while the buyer is still holding the sample. The stand screen shows scans, hot count and who on your team is pointing at the QR. Reps compete.

SAME NIGHT

Recap to every visitor, numbers to you

Each visitor gets a thank-you with a meeting link. You get the day's scans and hot leads while you are still at dinner talking about it.

DAY 1 TO DAY 14 AFTER

Five follow-ups, answered by an assistant

The sequence runs while you are back at the office. The assistant answers questions from your catalogue. Anything that looks like an order or a distribution enquiry goes to your team as a ticket.

DAY 16

One-page ROI report

Scans, qualified leads by role and market, meetings booked, replies, against what the stand cost you. The document your investors and your next show budget are decided on.

The sample ledger

Samples are the currency of a skincare stand, and today every one of them walks away anonymous. With the desk running, the rule at the counter is one line long.

Scan first, then the sample.

Every hand cream you give away becomes a name, a role and a market in your WhatsApp. The ones tagged distributor or retail buyer get a message before their flight lands.

What is in the box, and what each piece costs on its own

Nine things ship. Each one exists to kill one specific way a trade show lead dies. The values are what each piece is quoted at separately.

The desk

Catalogue on scan, from your own number

Kills: the card that gets lost. The catalogue lives in their phone from the first five seconds.

4,000AED

Two tap questions, hot, warm, cold tagging, rep alert

Kills: reps who cannot tell a distributor from a student. Buyers get flagged while they are still at the counter.

2,500AED

WhatsApp Business number in NAD+OLOGY's name

Kills: leads living on one employee's personal phone. Set up, verified, and yours to keep after the show whether we work together again or not.

1,500AED

The Desk Kit, designed and printed

Four acrylic QR cards, one A1 strip for the aisle, 200 handout cards with your logo. Kills: the QR nobody notices.

1,800AED

Live stand dashboard and rep leaderboard

Kills: not knowing what the stand is producing until it is over. Scans, hot leads and a per-rep count on a screen at the stand.

3,000AED

Our person on the stand, 6 to 8 October

Kills: day one your team is busy, day three they are tired. Someone watches the queue, resets the kit and catches the hot leads your reps miss.

2,400AED

Pre-show meeting broadcast to your own list

Kills: hoping the right buyers walk past. Your existing customers and prospects get "we are on stand X, book 20 minutes" before the doors open.

2,000AED

14-day follow-up, five touches, assistant answers, buyers escalated

Kills: the 80%. Runs while you are back at the office. Real buyers become tickets for your team.

3,000AED

ROI report and full lead export

Kills: "what did the show actually produce?" One page, plus a CSV into whatever you use. No lock-in.

1,500AED
Included when you sign by 18 September

Bonus: the first 30 days of the after-show retainer

The list keeps getting worked to day 44, not day 14. Normally 899 AED a month, and it stops on its own unless you ask to keep it.

899AED

Bonus: a phone-first catalogue of the three collections

Atelier Noir, The Ivory Society and BARE laid out to be read on a phone screen in a noisy hall, with the NAD+ and peptide story in three lines each.

1,500AED

Bonus: same-night recap to visitors, daily number to you

Every visitor gets a thank-you with a meeting link that evening. You get the day's count before you sleep.

600AED

Bonus: rep briefing and pocket script card

Fifteen minutes before the doors open, so your team actually points at the QR, and a card in their pocket with the one line to say.

The guarantee

Three promises. Miss any one and the show is free.

We are not asking you to trust a pitch. We are asking you to hold us to three things you can check yourself.

  1. Live before the doors openThe kit is on your stand and test-scanned during build-up on 5 October.
  2. Every scan answered in 60 secondsAll three show days, every visitor, catalogue in hand within a minute. You can time it.
  3. Every lead gets all five follow-upsBy 22 October, nobody who scanned has been dropped. You see it in the export.

We do not guarantee how many people scan. Hall, aisle and stand position are yours, not ours. We guarantee that nobody who scans is lost.

After that we cannot get the number, the templates and the printing done before build-up. We would rather say no than turn up half built.

Four stands per show

One of us is physically on your stand every day, so we take four stands per show and no more. Beautyworld is the biggest beauty show in the region and it is 20 days out.

What we are not promising

  • A lead number. How many people scan depends on your hall, your aisle and your stand position. We promise coverage of everyone who does, and the guarantee above is written around that.
  • Template approval on the first try. Meta sometimes rejects a template. We rewrite and resubmit as part of the build, and that is why the follow-ups go in on 24 September and not the week of the show.
  • Messaging anyone who did not scan. No organiser badge data, no visitor directory, no bought lists. Only people who pressed send. That rule is what keeps your number from being reported and blocked.
  • Replacing the organiser's scanner or your CRM. Keep both. We are what happens after the scan, and everything we collect exports to you.
  • Closing your deals. We put the right eight people in front of your team instead of a spreadsheet of four hundred. Your team still sells.
